Job descriptions：
1.Help to design and drive user growth workstream, support EC workstream and offline sales workstream together;
2.Lead the clients’ team to run the user-growth & CRM program and iteration the operation;
3.Build expertise and knowledge on User Growth/CRM solution, best practice, and tactics.
Qualifications
1.Young & full of passion, quick-learner and humble stable
2.Relevant experiences in User Growth & CRM related design and execution experience and CRM operation capability; Have successfully growth case with the Design To Execution cycle
3.Nice to have loyalty design and operation capability
4.Have data analysis skill for User Growth/loyalty program model
5.Have co-work experience with multi-functions like marketing, IT, and finance
