Position Summary: Responsible for corporate investigations for a global retail giant, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Drive end-to-end investigations into potential fraud, corruption, policy violations, or legal risks. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams to develop investigation strategies, collect evidence, and deliver actionable recommendations. This role requires independent problem-solving, strong regulatory awareness, and the ability to travel as needed for on-site investigations. Qualifications: 1. 8+ years of experience in corporate investigations, legal practice, forensic auditing, or ethics & compliance roles (foreign multinational experience preferred); 2. Proven track record in managing complex investigations within retail, consumer goods, or global enterprises; 3. Juris Doctor/Law degree preferred, or certified in forensic accounting (e.g., CFE), compliance (e.g., CCEP), or relevant legal qualifications; 4. In-depth knowledge of anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act) and cross-border investigation protocols; 5. Fluent in business English (written/verbal), with the ability to draft reports and communicate findings at executive levels; 6. Exceptional independent working skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail for evidence collection and analysis; 7. Willingness to travel domestically for on-site investigations; 8. Strong ethical judgment and confidentiality management in sensitive investigation cases; 9. Ability to collaborate effectively with domestic and global teams while maintaining investigative independence.
