My client is a fast-developing global energy infrastructure company. Looking for an experienced financial role to support China's business.

1. Responsible for maintaining a controlled financial environment that complies with company’s internal control policies. 2. Line management of staff based in the Finance Department. 3. Improve and develop ongoing reporting and analysis to aid budgetary control and decision making. 4. Ensure that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls including integrity, asset protection, budgeting and financial reporting 5. Prepare monthly and routine financial reports to summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in areas of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis, Reconciliations and Operational KPIs 6. Gather and assemble budget information and prepare company budget for review with local management and submission to the Corporate Controller. 7. Liaise with the outside auditors and arrange annual audit. 8. Assist in preparing quarterly covenant compliance reports for the Corporate Controller. 9. Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. 10. Other areas of responsibility include but are not limited to inventory reporting and control, standard costing, BOM's and production reporting, fixed asset reporting, reconciliation.
