1. Oversee and manage the finance and accounting operations for all regions. 2. Regularly organize inspections of the implementation of accounting policies, strictly control operation risks, solve existing problems, and collaborate to promote the business development of the company and various departments to control financial and related risks. 3. Responsible for optimizing and collecting system issues, promoting participation in implementation and resolution, and continuously optimizing various internal financial workflows to improve work efficiency. 4. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and intercompany transactions, in compliance with regional accounting standards. 5. Supervise local accounting teams and coordinate financial reporting activities across all branches 6. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management, providing financial insights into the performance of each business function. 7. Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important business activities of the company, including daily operation, business development, and investment of the enterprise. 8. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, offering strategic financial guidance.
