Our client is a well-known listed commercial property group with over 60 years of history. Currently they own many are high-quality projects in Mainland China and they are still expanding their investment in the Mainland.

Responsibilities：
• Lead and oversee a team in the preparation and delivery of monthly management reports, primarily focusing on consolidating the financial information of our Mainland China entities；
• Handle financial matters related to the Group companies and review the financial statements of individual companies；
• Develop finance policies and procedures for the Group to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining effective controls and governance；
• Support interim reviews, annual audits, and the announcement of financial results, as well as the audit of the Group companies；
• Execute ad hoc projects as required. Requirements：
• Bachelor's or above degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CICPA qualified；
• At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in listed or sizable organizations, with experience at the group level being essential；
• Previous experience in a big four CPA firm is preferred (big 4 Audit Sr Mgrs are welcome to apply)；
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills；
• Self-motivated with a strong business acumen; a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills；
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work；
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
