Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of a Seamless Product strategy that aligns to Group’s business goals which also services the needs of customers;
• Design, develop and manage the seamless product development processes and management system that will be well integrated to Group’s overall Product Development process and system;
• Install necessary activity tracker, as part of a systematic management of teams, to ensure productivity, speed and quality in Seamless Product development to serve the business;
• Lead the diversification and maturation Group’s two location of technical development in Thailand and Shenzhen by solidifying systems, processes and controls;
• Increase product development and technical development capacity while reducing overall product development lead time, streamline the process and improve quality and effectiveness of Seamless Product;
• Integrate Seamless Product’s technical research and development into Group’s product innovation and product development calendars to realize a pipe of proprietary innovation and technology in Seamless Product to better position Group’s business;
• Support other commercial teams in their regular implementation of product strategy to secure adoption and newness revenue;
• Oversee the daily operation of the department and ensure the team to comply with all current process, system and governance by monitoring and enforcing compliance, measuring performance, identifying areas for improvement, addressing deficiencies and implementing changes as needed;
• Drive team to respond to newness revenue opportunities, meet customers’ product development plan objectives, and to win adoptions • Elevate team’s culture to be innovative, commercial, systematic and responsive;
Requirements:
• 15 years or above seamless product experience with at least 5 years managerial experience;
• Experienced at designing processes to make teams more organized and effective and building KPI’s and reports to drive performance;
• Direct experience managing team through cultural and organizational changes with ability to communicate with stakeholders and empathetic leadership to ensure high morale and team stability;
• Development of management and leadership that demonstrates ability to carry out both hands-on and strategic activities;
• Has shown ability to work under pressure and juggling multiple demands while protecting team and business;
• At ease at being a role model for direct reports as well as interdepartmental team. Demonstrating commitment and loyalty to a cause and common goal;
• Leadership skills to take on responsibility and accountability for team performance, while being able to works cross-functionally through influence rather than power in a positive and non-threatening way;
• Track record of managing and building teams in multiple locations with diverse and multi-cultural reports;
