Key Responsibilities: 1. Deal Sourcing: Spearhead the identification and sourcing of lucrative investment opportunities within the hard and clean tech sectors. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure a healthy pipeline of investment opportunities. 2. Deal Execution: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, sophisticated financial modeling, and strategic deal structuring. Lead negotiations, oversee the transaction closing process, and ensure a seamless transition to post-investment management. 3. Post-Investment Management: Supervise portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success. Monitor performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide regular portfolio status updates to the executive team and stakeholders. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or tech is required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred. 2. Extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, or a related field, with a specific focus on the hard tech and clean tech sectors. 3. Demonstrated track record of sourcing, executing, and managing successful investments. 4. Sound financial modeling and analytical skills. 5. Superior communication and negotiation skills. 6. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams. 7. Strong commitment to ethical business practices and corporate governance. 8. Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
