- Lead the development and implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with international market practices and optimizing pay structures to attract, retain, and motivate talent across diverse overseas markets.
- Design and manage overseas performance management systems, integrating regional salary benchmarking, bonus plans, and equity incentives while navigating complex local labor laws and tax regulations (e.g., GDPR, local payroll compliance).
- Serve as a subject matter expert in global employment policies, conducting regular analyses of cross-border compensation trends, benefit frameworks (e.g., healthcare, pension plans), and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and enhance competitiveness in international talent markets.
