- Act as a strategic HRBP for overseas business units, aligning performance management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPI systems) with global objectives while tailoring metrics to regional markets, driving employee performance reviews and development plans in English. - Oversee end-to-end performance cycles for international teams, conducting bilingual (English as working language) performance evaluations, identifying high-potential talent, and implementing reward strategies that integrate local compensation norms and global performance standards. - Collaborate with cross-border leadership to design performance improvement plans for overseas employees, leveraging data analytics to track productivity trends, resolve performance gaps, and ensure compliance with regional labor regulations through English-mediated communication.
